01 Frequently Asked Questions
- How do I create a match?Open the Create tab, choose a sport, venue, date, time, and the number of open spots, then publish it. Nearby players will be able to find and join.
- How do I join a match?Browse matches on the Home tab or the map, or search for a specific sport, date, or price. Tap a match to see details and join with a single tap.
- How do I cancel my spot in a match?Open the match from "My Matches" and use the leave/cancel option. Your spot is released for the next player in line.
- How do I cancel a match I organized?Open the match details and use "Cancel match". Players who joined are notified automatically.
- I found a bug or something isn't working.Please email us with your device model, a screenshot if possible, and the steps that led to the issue.
02 Account & Data
- How do I update my profile or favorite sports?Go to the Profile tab to update your photo, availability, and the sports you play.
- How do I delete my account and personal data?Email us from the address linked to your account requesting account deletion. We'll confirm and remove your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
