08 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of Vila Velha – ES – Brazil shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising from this instrument, with waiver of any other venue, however privileged.
